Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered by Mila. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Mila’s Psych Lab (Private Telegram Group)
Refunds are available only within the first week of joining.
After the first week, no refunds will be issued.
If you cancel your subscription, you will lose future access to the group.
2. Therapy Services
Once payment has been made and services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
If you purchase an 8-session or 16-session package, no refunds will be available after purchase.
Sessions must be scheduled and used within the agreed-upon timeframe; unused sessions will not be refunded.
For therapy services, if a session is not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. You have the option to reschedule within 24 hours.
3. Mila’s Psych Deconstruction
No refunds are available once the purchase is made.
This service involves psychological analysis and reflection, and results may vary.
4. Courses
You may request a full refund only if you have completed no more than 30% of the course.
Course progress is tracked, and refunds will not be granted once more than 30% has been accessed.
If you meet the refund criteria, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase.
5. General Terms
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
If a service was purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion, refund eligibility may differ.
Cancellations for subscription-based services must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
