About me

Hi, I'm Mila. I'm a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist specializing in trauma and parent-child relationships. I take an integrative approach, combining various techniques and modalities to help you break free from unconscious patterns, codependency, anxiety, and trauma by addressing the ROOT CAUSE, not just the symptoms.

With me, you can expect deep, thought-provoking questions that challenge you to explore your inner world and uncover what’s been hidden for so long. My greatest gift is seeing my clients regain their power, no longer reacting to emotional triggers, finding inner peace, and stepping out of the victim mindset.

Requests I Work With

  • Childhood Trauma & Sexual Abuse Trauma

  • Anxiety & Excessive Worry

  • Relationship Challenges (including toxic relationships, trust and attachment issues)

  • Difficult Parental Relationships (mother & father relationship issues)

  • Codependency & People-Pleasing

  • Perfectionism & Imposter Syndrome

  • Self-Esteem & Confidence Struggles

  • Navigating Difficult Emotions (loneliness, emptiness, fear)

  • Boundaries & Assertiveness

How to Finally Show Up Online —and In Life Without Fear, Overthinking, or Apologising

Do you dream of expressing yourself confidently - on camera, on social media, or in your real-life conversations, but find yourself shrinking, freezing, or endlessly overthinking?

This free webinar isn’t just about confidence tips.
It’s a psychological deep dive into why your mind holds you back — and how to break free

In this free webinar, you'll uncover:

🔍

The hidden psychological roots of your fear of visibility (it’s not laziness or lack of discipline).

🧠

What perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome are really protecting you from

🔓

What it actually takes to show up fully as yourself, without guilt, fear, or faking it

Who This Is For?

This webinar is for you if:

✔️ You want to post online, speak your mind, or promote your work — but you feel blocked, tense, or fake

✔️ You shrink in real-life situations where you should be bold, clear, or assertive

✔️ You're an entrepreneur, a creative, a therapist — or a corporate professional with a voice to share

✔️ You overthink your every word and idea to stay safe

✔️ You feel imposter syndrome or perfectionism is holding you back

✔️ You don’t need more confidence tricks. You need to understand why your mind sees self-expression as dangerous — and how to rewrite that internal pattern.
